Bach Flower Therapy

Bach Flower Therapy, a form of alternative therapy developed by Dr. Edward Bach, uses flower essences to balance emotional states. It is gentle, non-invasive, and widely used to support psychological well-being, especially in situations where emotional imbalance contributes to mental distress.
Bach Flower Therapy is a gentle, natural healing method that uses flower essences to help balance emotions and support mental and emotional well-being. This therapy is ideal for those experiencing stress, anxiety, emotional blockages, grief, or life transitions.
At our centre, we begin with a thorough emotional assessment to understand your unique emotional challenges and needs. Based on this, we create personalised Bach Flower remedy blends tailored specifically for you. These natural remedies work subtly to restore emotional harmony, reduce negative feelings, and promote mental clarity and resilience.
Bach Flower Therapy complements conventional counselling and can be used alongside other therapies for a holistic approach to mental health. It is safe, non-invasive, and suitable for all ages.

Appropriate Referral Services

We believe that early identification and timely intervention are essential. If, during counselling, a concern is identified that requires specialised care beyond the setup, the counsellor will provide:

For cases involving clinical depression, anxiety disorders, ADHD, learning disabilities, trauma, or serious behavioural concerns.

For students needing assessment and academic intervention for learning disabilities or developmental delays.

For challenges related to speech, motor coordination, sensory integration, or developmental milestones.

In the event of suicidal ideation, abuse, or extreme emotional distress, immediate coordination with child protection services, helplines, or mental health clinics is done.

All referrals are made in consultation with parents or guardians and handled with complete confidentiality and care.
